We introduced HDS in our kitchen 3 Years ago and have never looked back. It is a user-friendly system and makes it so easy to keep resident dietary requirements up to date. The reports generated by the system make it very accurate and efficient when it comes to the setting up of all meal trays. The detailed information provided ensures residents requirements are always on hand, reports can be printed but the system is a great way of a mostly paperless way. We recently implemented the Hospitality Dietary Solutions (HDS) system and have found it to be a fantastic tool for meal services to our residents. It was an extremely easy process for implementation as Chirag entered most of the information for us and the system itself was very easy to understand even before our training. There was comprehensive training for all staff provided and great back up service ongoing which has ensured that our staff are getting the most from the system. It has definitely saved time for our staff as they now do not have to collate the information manually and has saved money in labelling as we now produce our own labels directly from the system. I would like to say how the HDS program has made a significant improve in our overall & day to day running of our catering department.
