Chirag Joshi is the founder & owner of HDS. Chirag possesses over 16 years of experience in Aged Care industry. Having worked as an aged care chef for a long time he understands the complexity & challenges to maintain residents diet profile, food safety records, food labelling, procurement & invoicing procedures & staff rostering. Chirag has also completed a Bachelor in Computing with major in multimedia & system design. He has developed number of systems to help provide efficiency in aged care and also help eliminate paperwork and manual processes

Lisa is an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional with 16 years of chef and management experience helping people in the aged care and health care industries. Throughout this time, Lisa has developed valuable customer service management, food safety, menu planning, leadership, team building, and exceptional operational skills. Lisa is also passionate about personal growth, empowerment, information, training, mentoring, and making a difference in the health care profession. Lisa joins the HDS team with the goal of implementing and expanding & providing support to HDS software in agedcare and healthcare industry

Harrison is the senior developer at HDS. Harrison is in charge of development & maintenance of all HDS systems. He is very passionate about developing systems that are easy to use yet technologically advanced. He expertises in web based system development. With over 14 Years of experience as developer, Harrison provides incredible support & develops scalable systems at HDS.

Paul Stepehen

Paul has worked in healthcare industry for over 40 years. He began his career as an apprentice in Healthcare and has worked as a chef manager & senior operations manager for a number of catering companies and aged care providers. He possesses vast experience in both cook chill and fresh cook catering services. He thrives to set up thorough policies and procedures in catering and offers great support system to kitchen staff.
