Chirag Joshi is the founder and owner of HDS, bringing more than 16 years of hands-on experience in the Aged Care & Hospitality industries. Having worked extensively as an aged-care chef, he understands the complexities of managing resident dietary needs, maintaining food-safety records, ensuring accurate labelling, procurement and invoicing, and coordinating staff workflows. Chirag also holds a Bachelor of Computing with a major in Multimedia and Systems Design. Combining industry expertise with technical capability, he has developed a range of digital systems that improve efficiency, eliminate paperwork and streamline operational processes across aged-care, healthcare and hospitality environments

Paul brings more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He began his career as an apprentice and has since worked as a Chef Manager and Senior Operations Manager across multiple catering companies and aged-care providers. With deep expertise in both cook-chill and fresh-cook catering models, Paul excels in developing robust policies and procedures and provides exceptional support to kitchen teams. He takes great pride in overseeing the rollout of HDS systems, ensuring staff clearly understand how each system works and feel confident and comfortable using them.

With a background in network security and infrastructure, Nikunj contributes to advancing the functionality and security of HDS systems. He is enthusiastic about learning the aged-care catering sector and applying his skills to strengthen system performance.

Hardik is the Senior Developer at HDS, responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of all HDS software systems. He is passionate about building solutions that are both technologically advanced and exceptionally easy to use. With more than 14 years of experience in web-based system development, Hardik delivers scalable, reliable solutions and provides outstanding technical support across all HDS platforms.
